How to Get Started

This service begins with a short intake form on our website. This form helps determine whether you’re experiencing a cybersecurity issue or a general tech problem (such as a broken device, forgotten password, or outdated software).

If your issue appears to be a cybersecurity matter, we’ll invite you to move forward with the Incident Response Package. If not, we may offer alternative suggestions or resources.

To be most effective, we need you to tell us everything you can about the incident — even if it feels embarrassing. The more we know, the faster and better we can help you. Leaving out small details could delay results or lead to missed threats. We’re on your side.

Booking Timeline

Once your intake is reviewed and payment is received, we’ll schedule our first call, typically within 1–2 business days. Faster turnaround may be available for urgent cases.
